Joel G. Garcia is a Trial Attorney with Hurwitz Law Group where he handles criminal and civil litigation ranging from misdemeanors and felonies to restraining orders.

Mr. Garcia attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he earned several highest-grade awards. During law school, Mr. Garcia was elected by his peers as President of the prestigious Moot Court Honor Society and was an Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.  Upon graduation, Mr. Garcia took and passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt and immediately went into criminal defense and civil litigation. In representing his clients, Mr. Garcia is relentless, aggressive, and zealous.
